Event Name: Spin and Total Body Strength Event State: Confirmed Organization: Recreation & Fitness Center Event Locator: 2024-AASJBJ Free group exercise class!  10 minutes of Indoor Cycling followed by 10 minutes of  Total Body Strength Training.  Drop in and out as you need.  No registration required.  All fitness levels welcome.  Come late, leave early, whatever your schedule allows!

Event Name: Rotating Group Exercise Class Event State: Confirmed Organization: Recreation & Fitness Center Event Locator: 2024-AASJBM Free Group Exercise Class!  Each week we will rotate class formats between Spin, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga.  Formats for each week will be posted at the front desk of the Rec Center.  Drop in and out as you need.  No registration necessary!  All Fitness levels are welcome.  All equipment is provided.
