Event Name: Plane Pull - Illinois Special Olympics Event Locator: 2024-AASGMT Event State: Confirmed Organization: College of Aviation-Science-Technolog Teams will be created and each will attempt to pull a plane to help raise money for Special Olympics.  This event will take place in the Hangar and on the aviation ramp behind the Harold E. White Aviation Building

Event Name: Ride the Cyclone Event State: Confirmed Organization: Philip Lynch Theatre Event Locator: 2024-AASGTZ Part comedy, part tragedy—and wholly unexpected—in this hilarious, outlandish, and wildly imaginative story, it delivers surprises at every turn. The lives of six teenagers from a Canadian chamber choir are cut short in a freak accident aboard a roller coaster. When they awake in limbo, a mechanical fortune teller invites each to tell their story of a life interrupted—offering a prize like no other — the chance to come to terms with their fates & possibly the chance to return to life. Event Name: Run the Runway at Lewis Airport Event Locator: 2024-AASRWR Event State: Confirmed Organization: College of Aviation-Science-Technolog This event will be held in the Harold White Aviation Building and the Lewis University Airport. This event will either be a 1 mile or 3 mile fun run/walk on the runway (distance TBD based on winds). This is an inaugural fundraising event for two Lewis clubs: Women in Aviation and the Women's Air Race Classic. We will have vendor booths, food, a DJ, a silent auction and raffle at this event, and each participant will receive a swag bag with a t-shirt.
